Originally wanted to do such at Key West but can not locate a 32 ft monohull available there. Little more familiar with Key West.

Not to detract from the Gulf Coast or its discussion, Treasure Harbor Charters out of Islamorada have a Watkins 32 and Watkins 33 available.

Uh there's a charter co right there in stock island they do all sorts of cats and monos 30-42'
