Probably fuel restriction, but could be linkage, alignment, prop. Unusually high
rpm and a higher fuel flow can dislodge debris in the fuel system, possibly blocking pick up tube, filters, etc. WOT might have caused a linkage adjustment to loosen that later settled in a position that prevents full throttle. Running aground can flex the
hull and even though it returns to shape, the alignment often suffers.
Not likely you hurt internal engine components.
