Recomendation for a Surveyor in Kemah

Hi Folks,

We have been looking at boats for a while now, and are about ready to take the plunge (maybe within the week...yikes!). I am looking for a recommendation for a surveyor in the area of Kemah, Texas. We are first time buyers if that makes a difference. Also, the two most likely boats are both Catalinas (a 27 and a 30) if that matters.

Thanks!

Did you ever get a survey? I'm looking at an Alberg 30 in Kemah and am looking for personal recommendations, too.

Not the cheapest but considered by many to be the best around. I used him (DEC 2011)and he is very through. He spent almost 12 hours on my boat. Drove the previous ownwer nuts. Yes he does come to Kemah.
