Racer Cruiser Purchase

I'm looking to jump into a new racer-cruiser sailboat in the 32-35' range. i'm looking for good build quality, a nice interior, and very good sailing performance. Current considerations are Dehler, X-Yachts, Elan, Dufour 36P, and Beneteau First 35. I appreciate all feedback and other considerations. I know nothing of the Elan. I have owned a catalina 22', beneteau 31', and am currently selling a dufour 40' and have sailed for the past 7 years.
