I've got to admit that's a new one on me. If you have an OUPV (operator of uninspected power vessels) I have never heard of being restricted to one employer. You said you took the course. Did you take the test?

Yes, I took several tests actually. however, they were all grouped together. I think they can get away with it because they paid for everything.
