Practical yacht owner around Oriental NC

Hi guys,bit of a long shot here as I live in Scotland.I am interested in a 35' yacht lying in Oriental NC and would like someone to visit this yacht and give me a verbal condition report.Ideally I would like said person to be a yacht owner and carry out most of there own maintenance and to spent a bit of time on board and then I could talk to them on cellphone and ask various questions whilst thy are still on board.I am happy to cover travel and phone costs either directly to you or via charity of your choice.Thanks John

Thanks for the thought "sailor hutch" and no its not a blue hulled yacht.
Others looking at this and thinking of offering there services thanks in advance but I now have David going for a look. Regards John
