Pearson Thirty Steel cradle Factory Specs.

Howdy fellow sailors, I'm looking for some engineering drawings ,or plans that would give me the location of the support pads on the hull ,as well as the dimensions I need to fabricate the correct cradle.
I rented a cradle this last winter and the pads were in the wrong places which pushed in the hull until I added two more independent supports and backed off the others.
Is there a web site where this type of info is available? Derik

First, welcome to CF!

Secondly, build your cradle to correspond to interior bulkhead locations (real ones, not just cabinetry). I go to my local scaffold supply shop and buy scaffold leveling legs and turn them upside down when building a cradle.... sometimes the curve of the hull exceeds the mechanical limit of the scaffold "foot" and some mods are necessary.

The weight of the boat should rest on the keel, with the side support pads merely proving balance. As capnego notes, the cradles will be located at bulkheads.

Thanks for the suggestions folks,but what I really want are some drawings from Pearson,that I can use to modify a used cradle(I'm a welder among other things) The stuff I"m looking for would provide frame strength info as well as overall frame dimensions,placing the pads should be easy then.I haven't seen any Pearson's in my area that have a stand I could measure,any one out there got one near by to measure and photograph?
