Pearson 365 Ketch

Hi CF sailors, hope everyone is doing well.

Still in pursuit of a sailing vessel, and very exited that from now to 3 weeks i will be visiting a Pearson 365 Ketch.

It is in range of my budged, the survey done about 3 years was pointing to a vessel that has been well mantained (I will ask for a new survey if intention to buy it). He is full equiped, active radar, ais, watermaker, chartploter, gps, vhf, hotwater, heating, life raft,etc.
The reason of the sell is that the owner wants to buy a bigger vessel.

I have read that Pearson 365 has a great blue water reputation, very solid build.
What you think about Pearson 365 Ketch? If anyone here had some experience with it or owns it, please share.

Thanks for the replies, i'm trying to get the most information before check the boat.

And different ideas of "rebuild" inside, and have the most space possible.
