Partner

Maybe what I need is to hook up with a partner.
Been looking to buy a live-aboard to slip in Annapolis.
That's where I grew up.
No recent experience and boy have things changed.
Would be better to team up with experience.
Self-employed in DC.
Radical conservationist.
Looking for change.
Have some money to invest.
Been looking in the range of 25K.
Found one boat I really like.

Re: Partner

Partnerships are tough, I had one. Think of it as a marriage, get a good contract. Be prepared to litigate...

Not saying they can't work but much better if you don't have to do one.
