Paint in Panama

Iam returning to the boat in panama next week before Pac trip does anyone know somebody who knows there buisness as far as some painting goes, all white on deck and in cockpit etc will use Perfection for ease of application,
would also like to employ an engineer for three weeks to help replace a gearbox and do a few other bits ??
I also need a rigger for two days if anyone has some numbers would be appreciated
