Orion 27-2/Pacific Seacraft

Hello,
I'm looking to buy a Pacific Seacraft 27 but not for a couple years. So I'm just learning all I can about the boat. I came across a video and at the bow there are two rectangular pieces attached to some sort of rigging that I can't figure out what they are. I took two screenshots off the video, does anyone know what they are?
Thank you,
Mike

Can't see what they are. Can you zoom in or circle them?

I.zoomed in for one of them, and the other I left same size but circled.
They must have something to do with the anchors but they seem to be waaay over engineered...by a cave man. I'm confused.

Those are Samson posts. They’re common for attaching mooring lines in place of mooring cleats.

Those are your mooring bitts (A samson post is a single unit). They are the strong point to which you tie your anchor snubber; your forward docklines; the towline when you're being dragged off a sandbar. They are rather bigger than they need to be for that boat, but they're meant to inspire confidence that any rope will snap before you pull those out.

That makes sense! They certainly would inspire me, I think you could lift that entire boat by those!
I could tell the anchor lines were tied off on them, I've just never seen anything like them before.
Thank you all for your assistance
