Opinions on this 1996 Kirie Feeling 416

I'd never heard of the brand (French and out of business now) but there's one in really nice shape nearby for sale that I'm interested in. Mainly looking for a reliable coastal cruiser for San Francisco Bay, the delta, and every couple of years down to the Channel Islands:

My only very slight concerns so far are that it draws 6.5' (which is doable but on the deep side for the delta) and it has a spade rudder without a skeg.

Anyhow, looking for thoughts and opinions (or even wild speculation ) on the quality of these boats!
