Sailed on and against one briefly
racing in sheltered waters.
Boat was quite fast and easily handled in the light winds we raced in though that is not much of a challenge for the
boat. The owner had sailed the boat to
Mexico and cruised for one season with an ex girl friend. Accommodations were adequate for cruising with minimal
gear. Not a boat you are going to load down with a ton of cruising detritus however. The owner did put two small vertical windlasses on the foredeck and had a double
anchor set up that he used while cruising. He built an attractive looking hard
dodger that gave a lot of protection in the
cockpit so should have been comfortable at sea.
