Offer on Island Packet 35 accepted

I have an accepted offer and a deposit on an IP 35. I will get the survey results next week although I recieved a call from the person who did the survey stating that the boat was in great shape. So far it has been a great experience with the current owner as well as his broker, both of which have been very informative, direct, and honest about the boat. Looking forward to some summer sailing and cruising south this fall.

congrats on the IP35 .. to me the best design they ever did and perfect for 2 people. sounds like the end of your job is coming at the right time. that boat should easily take you where you want to go.
