OE 36 / Crown 36 Olle Enderlein design

Thinking about buying above mentioned Swedish built OE36 from 1974. Anyone familiar with them?
Common old sailboat problems aside, is there anything specific to worry about?
I sail Olle Enderlein designed Shipman 28 now that is very nice boat but considering an upgrade

Great designer, I have been eyeing an OE32 for a while but they don't turn up in my region.
The OE36 looks like an IOR rating boat though, and I am not a fan of these kind of design.

And here is the story how I sailed this project boat over the Baltic Sea to her new home.

Now I've already removed the keel in order to rebed and seal it. Soon there will be another video about this

Looks surprisingly good for a boat that is exposed to the weather on the hard for more than 25 years.
How much you got her for?

Yes, she looks and feels solid indeed. The price I paid was 7k €uros.
I bought myself a few years work for this money
She needs a lot of sanding and painting, in and out. A lot of woodwork etc etc...

Not too bad when the engine works.
At least it didn't have those rotten deck that many boats with teak has, a bit of work but not terribly out of hand.
