Welcome to CF and congrats on the Nor'sea 27. I wish I could help, my only experience was my friends had one and we were both cruising the Sea of Cortez. I have never seen a pocket cruiser built as rugged as a Nor'sea 27, so it begs the question, what needs fixing? They had the aft cabin that their 10 year old son Eli claimed.
