Next boat

I am travelling to look at three boats in two weeks (more if I can get brokers to answer my emails). Two of them have little to no info. Nassau 34, Young Sun West 35 and a Union 36. Done as much research as possible on them. All comparable with their own pros and cons. Lots of info on Bob's Union but very little on the YS35 or the N34. Bad tabbing? leaky windows? broken rudder posts? de-lamination, blisters etc? They both appear to be solidly built with the N34 on the bottom as far as finishes go, just trying to figure out any quirks that might not be well known or documented online.
