Hello, Need Help in Identifying this boat, the tags says Newport Boats, Gloucester VA and has a "74" stamped in the center, its a 22' dual swing bilge keels

looks like a east coast newport 22. most newport boats were made in costa mesa cali, but there was factory in virginia.
newport 22. prolly hull number 74
is there another name for a small boat. the newport 11 is the kite, which used to be a racing dink for a bit before the star and lightning and 420.
newport also made 28 ft and 30 ft models for day and weekend sailing. some even coastal cruise

you might want the correct speeling of GLOUCESTER
the cute lil plate with stamp in it is the marque label. my kite had same thing.
