Can I get some honest opinions on this boat?

Both of the last 2 owners have done a LOT of work on the boat, and I have no good way to measure the size of the tanks.* I would go to here ... to start.

there is a lot of great info on that site.

The bottom had some old bottom paint on it, and there as a gap at the leading edge of the keel (think "Catalina smile").

The yard cleaned up the gap, sanded the bottom down.* Recaulked and glassed the hull to keel joint, and then finished the bottom.* I think they did a good job.
