pirate Need Partner To Repair Blisters/Wet Core In Annapolis

Need Partner in Annapolis Skilled in Repair of Blisters and Deck Core Replacement.
Can Buy an Allied Princess 36' for a Very Good Price...Owner Wants Out!
Complete Re-fit in 2008 including Yanmar 3JH2E,Standing Rigging,Sails,Seacocks,Wiring.
Boat in very good condition...I did a survey on her.
Bottom has minimal blistering that needs to be repaired so I want to take down the entire bottom.
Deck is solid... core shows 'WET' on the meter...coach roof OK.
Starboard side was drilled and injected at some point.
Want to re-core entire deck.
I will buy the boat and get her to Annapolis...You provide a work place under cover and Do The Work with my help.
