Likely scenario is that the original
steel bolts and washers have been replaced with threaded rod and nuts. Hopefully metric... (with reference to your previous post re: self styled workers and getting worse in a hurry......)
Possible that the factory in SC had bolt availability issues, and used metric threaded rod and nuts and this is "original" but I genuinely doubt it (I also have never seen a Beneteau iron keel with anything other than
steel hex caps)
Check keelbolt material with a magnet, if SS definitely not original for an iron keel...
There is a Beneteau document available out on the interweb that provides guidance and torque specs for keel bolt replacement, along with "beneteau" part numbers
Suggest looking to an industrial supply house (mcmaster-carr) for some better options than "beneteau" parts
