Narrowing search for ideal boat

Hi again cruisers

I would need some help to find the right design for me. Here is what I would need:
-steel hull (maybe grp but prefer steel)
-full keel (maybe long or bilge, just be shallow and sturdy)
-pilothouse with 2nd wheel
-at least 2 heads
-at least 2 cabins, 3 would be better
-ketch/cutter-ketch preferred but not necessity
-around 36'-44' but size doesnt matter as long as it knows the rest
-old and cheap

I have found a few that was nearly good but all had something that put me off. I really really like the Evasion 32 except its small with a long saloon that i dont need has only 1 head and 1 cabin. sadly the bigger versions are not like the 32. I liked the Elan 431 team, has the perfect layout inside but no pilothouse I was looking for the sprays but it seems there is no real spray design, they are all different. this one though nice but over my budget Spray 41 for sale, 13.41m (44'0"), 1974 | Boatshed. looking for something similar. I also like the nauticats but even the 33 seem to be far out of my budget, the only i could barely afford is nowhere in the state i would sail out or even just put on water. what i dont need is deep keel, narrow racing boats, i would rather have a slow but spacious sturdy liveaboard... What I would like to use it is gran canaria - caribbean passage. Again, Im not really looking for specific boats for sale (of course it wont hurt), im rather trying to find out what boats fit these requirements.

Thanks in advance for every ideas
