Looking for winter inside storage

I am not really happy so far this year with my marina in Maine.

I was casting out feelers for Inside storage anywhere from Maine down to Virginia. Any one have any experience?

My Sailboat is 40' with 9.5" beam 10 ton any help would be great or tell me where I can gleem the info.

Try Great Island Boatyard in Harpswell Maine. They have some great indoor storage facilities. I have also used the yard and they were great.

Just a couple days north of Maine is Gold river marina, in Nova Scotia. Nice inside storage, but not heated if that's what you're looking for.
