Looking for opinions on a Mason 44

Greetings

I am currently evaluating a Mason 44 as a possible liveaboard cruising boat for the ICW, Caribbean and possibly beyond. Unlike many other models of boats, there seems to be a dearth of information and opinions about this type of vessel. There are some reviews about the Mason 43, but I am told that this is a very different boat than the Mason 44.

Any and all opinions welcomed, but I'm particularly interested in the sailing characteristics of this vessel, particularly the amount of heel required to reach maximum efficiency. Also any maintenance issues or gotcha's inherent in this design.

Thanks in Advance

Addison
