My slip neighbor here in La Paz is thinking selling his 50-something ferro ketch. Professionally built hull using anti-sub net, much stronger than rebar for the armature. He built the boat from the professionally built hull, has all systems one might want and has cruised her for 20 years, raising 3 daughters aboard. He tells me everything works, and would take 40-50k for her. His wife can't get in the dink anymore, having some debilitating auto-immune disease.
