Krogen 38 Questions

I've been thinking of buying a Krogen 38 CB. I've been attracted to this boar for years and still love the design. But now I see there's several selling for rather low prices and I wonder why. I do know the general problems these boats have but none seem so severe that they can't be repaired. I also know that at least one boat, "Foxtrot", circumnavigated with with Mr. Fox and wife aboard. What are your opinions of these boats?

Teak decks leak. Cored hull saturated. Neither are inexpensive repair, if possible. CB can experience problems.

Beautiful boats, but typical for the era, if not maintained they rot out.
