Greetings.

I never post, but have done a lot of reading for many years.

Due to major life changes, divorce, retirement, kid going to college, I am at point were will be on the market for a boat next year.
(House will be sold as part of divorce settlement in summer)

If I had the cash today, I would immediately buy a Islander Freeport 41.

Now, my question, in case I can't find one that isn't a total mess, what boat would be comparable to IF41.

What I will buy.

Ketch
Center cockpit
40 ft+
6'4" plus headroom
Full keel

Purchase price $60k
($20k budget for repairs)
