Put them on e-bay or one of the many used sail sites. Call used sail dealers to get a value guestimate. In the internet age you residence is not important.

The sail in question is 45 years old, the other one doesn't even fit his boat. Unless it's been in the bag all those years the fabric is dead, done, toast. That's the fabric, usually the stitching goes first. Take a sharp object, like a pen, push it against the sail cloth at the head near the leach. If you hear popping sounds of treads, walk it straight to the can.

i find the week after i donate or sell something i been carrying around for 4 or 5 yrs that that specific item is required .... is never needed until i no longer have it. ha ha ha ha ha
