Kalik boats?

Anyone shed some light on these boats, in way of their construction? Specifically, hull construction. Balsa cored Y/N? Above/below waterline/ fully cored. Bulkhead tabbing: directly to core (if any...) Seems to be a boat way off any radar. Korean yard construction, or possibly Dutch or Belgian. 2 different designers... but not a peep on construction, issues, or handling. Many tx.
