Negotiating for one of these, presently on a marina berth in Wallaroo S.A.
Specs, plans etc - anything that might be out there.
Owner says she is 28.5 feet, seems sound and will know for sure once I've had a two hour crawlthrough. He's not aware of any
osmosis etc.

Yanmar has a mixing
elbow issue but no other significant issues.
Hasn't been sailed in 5 years or so (owner health) and was last out of the
water around 7 years ago when she was in Whyalla - next to another identical Serendipity it seems. Name is Giselle II - nothing further on her til I can inspect but she's obviously going to need a degunking and antifoul for a start.
