For some time now I've been trolling Yachtworld etc. for a suitable boat
to live on with my wife, cruise
with and ultimately do a circumnavigation
is 100.000 Euro's for the boat
and kitting out, but I do have a wish-list nevertheless.
I stumbled accross the Espace 1300, an 80-ies boat which uses the Sun Kiss 45 as its' base, but has a pilothouse and 2 steering
stations, and to me drop-dead gorgeous lines.
, however, is not quite up to the level expected for an extended passage
: tankage is insufficient, for starters.
There is very little in terms of write-ups on these on the web, and digging in the old posts about Jeanneau
I found that they were trying hard to build a quality product in those days, with, for instance, glassed-in stringers as opposed to glued-in, but will one of these form a suitable base for what I intend to do with it?
All input much appreciated!
