J22 buying advice

Hello all, I am looking at buying a salvage title J22. I found it on craigslist and looks like it can be a good deal if I can talk the guy down to a couple hundred dollars. There is a aft deck cleat rip up on top deck, I am confident I can fiberglass repair that. A few questions I have about the boat, that I would appreciate some feedback on.

1. this salvage yard has its on its side propped up. Normally that's not a good sign, thankfully from the way they have it propped up the weight seems distributed. What are the considerations for making sure there is not hull damage? Is that ok with this light of a boat? I have seen some paint shops set J22s on their side to paint, and I know they can be capsized and uprighted.

2. Is there any trick to salvage titles or special considerations? Does the salvage title essentially create a new title or nullify the old title?

3. From this youtube video of the boat. does the keel seem ok? There is a hairline crack halfway down it. It could be paint or could be a crack. Is that something that is repairable if it is a crack not paint?

4. J22s don't seem to have lots of used trailers around. Any suggestions for transport?

Thanks all. I am in OKC.
