A 1970 Lauren Giles steel ketch for $50k. It's sale pending, so I guess someone went for it. I'd love to have a tour of the boat someday. It clearly needs work, but that's an impressive price for that size boat, even a 45 year old one assuming the hull is sound.

900 gallon fuel tank! I thought that was a typo at first. 150 gallon holding tank! 10.5' draft. There are some funny typos in the listing - 122 ft 6 in beam? Yeah right.

Sail/deck gear: "3 wenches not included"

Darn, if only they had included the wenches they could have gotten much more...

Whomever is selling it knows nothing about boats. Must be used as a waterfront condo. Dreadful maintenance visible. Imagine what you can't see.
