Input wanted RE Young Sun Yachts

Strongly considering the purchase of one. Never heard of it but like the full keel and the fact it has a utility room and large engine area. The boat I am considering would require a lot of work and so I am looking for how hard it will be to make contact with other people who own these

thepan I have surveyed a 1980 Young Sun 43 here in Australia and it was not worth buying. The teak deck was leaking so bad that at one stage during the survey rainwater was dripping out of the light fittings and running down the inside of the hull. The general construction on the interior was average at best, lots of the old plywood cupboards were delaminating or rotten. Then to top the survey off when slipped the yacht was full of osmosis.
But despite a terrible survey report the buyer still purchased her, love is blind they say.
