ID this boat?

any idea what this boat is? It has a centerboard. Sorry for the sideways post.

The sheer line looks similar to a Southern Cross, but she has a flat stern and a centerboard.

Thought it looked like an Alberg design, like a Robinhood 40 but the funny shaped ports are different.

Don't think it is a Tartan, the keel and stern are different than a Tartan.
