Simpler to get a loan on a car or a line of credit on a house than a boat loan.

So... if you can afford the boat, try the line of credit on the house first (usually lower interest)

If you can afford it, then it won't be a problem.
If you can't afford it, then you can live in the boat when they repo the house.
