Hurley Silhouette Mk3?

I am considering picking up this boat. It needs a fair bit of work, bottom paint, interior paint, some electric. The exterior woodwork needs to be refinished. I have the shop space for her. One reason I like her is that I live in a place no one who love boats would choose. The nearest sailable water is an hour's drive away. Thus a small trailerable sailboat makes sense.

Is there any thing specific I should watch for / be aware of with this boat?
