Hunter 460

Hi, We are going to look at 3 Hunter 460's. We are experienced sailors but looking for information on any specific issues to look for on these vessels. Especially any history of moisture in the Balsa core, I have heard of some with issues around the anchor locker. Rig issues or problems with the rudder are the other areas that have been raised. Input from people who know these boats would be greatfuly received.
