Hull Holed - Help!

I have just bought a small sailboat for $1 (7 ft or something) and I dont know much about sailboats

Theres a rip in the outer layer of plastic on the bottom of the boat, I was wondering if theres a cheap, reliable way to fix this

Thanks for helping out

Nope, its going to cost you way more than $1 to fix.
Maybe West Marine can sell you a fibreglass repair kit with instructions.
