That is exactly what I was thinking, surely the
hull is as dry as it is possible to get now, but put it in
water for awhile, let it absorb some, then do a bottom job later and I can tell you where all those little 1/4"
blisters came from.
I feel almost certain that is how I got them, a quickie bottom job, stripped down to
gelcoat, but no time to dry out, slap on the barrier coat and the trapped moisture forms tiny "pox"
blisters.
