Help on used 40 ft cruiser

I have sailed in the Gulf of Mexico, east coast, and eastern Carribean on a 42 foot Cabo Rico. Now looking for another 40 ft boat to do the same thing. Requirements are $150,000, less than 6 foot draft-preferably 5-51/2. Looking for a boat that sails well and is constructed well. Comfort and safty also important. Considering Sabre 42, Tartan 40, Bristol 38 or 41,Caliber 40 or something like a Tatoosh 42. Anyone have any personel knowledge or experience with any of these boats. Any other suggestions? I am a newbie on this board. Thanks
