I have come to an agreement with hideaway on this forum to live on his O'day 30 in exchange for regular maintenance and repair work to get his boat ready to sell in the spring when the market is better. The exact details are still being worked out but it should prove to be very beneficial to both of us.

Wow that is great!! That was how I started to live aboard too, though I just cleaned and watched out for the dock of boats (yacht brokerage). You may fall in love with the oday in the process, they are great sailors.
