Help ! Lewmar Ocean2 Traveler on Track

During a gybe my lewmar Ocean 2 traveler ends broke and the whole traveler came of the track. I have the replacement caps, turlon balls and the Lewmar end stop of the track.... but how do I get the turlon balls in the traveler and on the track without loosing them.... please help because lewmar is not responding to my emails.

IIRC Harken recommend using ladies face cream/gluck to stick the balls to the traveller car. Then rinse the goop away.

Actually the correct recipe is Mayonnaise, a dash of Ketchup, chilli sauce to taste and alter viscosity with Creme De Cacao.

Wash it off: burbon with lemon twist.... over ice, of course.


Then get Dawn making dinner

It's also good for removing tar. NO SH1T!! When suez was closed after the '67 war, and the tankers cleared their bilges off the coast of Africa, the tar would find it's way here to Bermuda onto our beaches. You could either eat your burger without Mayo, or wipe your feet with your roll first, Up to you.
