help identifying boat

Hi all I've been offered this boat as a trade for a smaller boat that I have thats got a hole in it (long story!)
It looks like a great boat and the guys offering the swap I know are doing me a favour but it needs to fit on a drying mooring. I was hoping someone might be able to help me identify it so I can work out what the keel arrangement is. I'm not local to the boat and they're to busy to check.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: help identifying boat

its the local harbour authority which have the boat rather then a private seller. mine got holed and is on their quay at the moment. This is one that got collected as it was abandoned on a mooring that hadn't been payed for. swapping the boats frees up space for them as they'll part out/scrap mine and saves them craning this boat out.
