Help Identifying Boat?

Looking to purchase a cheap liveaboard for the summer months. Need help identifying this boat! Supposedly a 1988, 32ft, fiberglass. Here is the writing from the ad. Yes, the owners English is poor:

"1988 32 ft mahagony hull over fiberglass 9 ft wide , plywood deck over fiberglass , fractional sloop racing rig , in-boom main reefing ,7 winch , streering wheel , main sail jib and , fiberglass finish washroom toilette also bilge pump for shower, diesel heat dickinson , volvo penta 9 hp 1cyl engine inboard running and no smoke but have a control problem whit fuel pump , solar panel , a few thing like that 20lbs anchor whit chain"

After doing some research and contacting thing owner about the surveys done he said that the surveys conducted in 1996 and 2003 list the boat as a 'Coast 32' and the previous owner said something about it being designed off a C&C blueprint? Not entirely sure what this means, my searches of 'Coast 32's' came up with nothing. That said, it looks pretty similar to an Ontario 32.
