Haul out and storage New England

Good Morning I have a Whitby 45 and looking for a yard in New England that will be able to haul and store with mast up . I am based in Vineyard Haven Ma and my search has been very frustrating since it seems like there are no Yards allowing the Owner to do any work and most are completely booked at this point. Being able to do my own work decommissioning ,painting, varnishing installing the winter cover etc. is what makes owning this boat affordable. Thinking maybe a trip to the Chesapeake might be possibility. If anyone has any suggestions besides leaving it in again this winter i would really appreciate it. Thanks

Lots of yards are full. I was able to get into Harbor Lights Marina in Warwick RI. I'm not sure if they still have room or I was able to get in because I've used them before, but it's worth a look. You can do your own work.

Talk to the folks at Fairhaven Shipyard behind the New Bedford Hurricane barrier.
Think Fred, yard manager. They are half commercial fishing vessels and half rec. yachts.
Big operation with 440 ton travellift. Do not know what may have changed as family sold a few years ago. If they cannot help you ask about any yards in New Bedford across the harbor on west side. Commercial fishing fleet mostly based there.

We overwinter at Captain's Cove in Bridgeport CT with the mast up. Seaport and Marina at Captain's Cove — Captain's Cove Seaport They're fine with owners doing their own work so long as nothing hits the ground - tarps & vacuums required. They generally have room. Bridgeport Boatworks would be able to keep your boat with the mast up -- inside. It's quite a nice facility. https://www.bridgeportboatworks.com Not sure how much they like owners doing their own work though.
