A suggestion.... Start looking when your ready to buy. Your wasting of a Brokers time only makes its more difficult for serious buyers to get info from Brokers previously worked over by "poser " buyers. This suggestion may be a big plus for you as Brokers that know your serious and have money available can often assist you by helping negotiate a better price via a quicker close

You are right. I thought it was going to work out but apparently I was wrong. I feel like an idiot. Hubby is married to the idea of a new boat and if he had said that from the beginning instead of continually asking me for more information we would have saved everyone a lot of time and effort. I am sad.

Sorry if you feel your time is wasted here my I suggest that you just don't reply to my threads from now on and save both of us the aggravation. Second I wouldn't feel sorry for the broker instead of selling a very used boat he is selling a new one!

Do not be intimidated, you are not wasting anybody's time, unless they are willing to waste it. Forums are meant to exchange thoughts.

Hans Christian Europe is now offering teak deck replacement panels, at a price which many find very acceptable. You can have your new teak deck sent in a box, as complete kit, including glue and caulking. And there is no caulking to do except on the perimeters of the panels. And no sanding. The panels you get delivered, are ready to be fixed and sailed.

it has reached tremendous success. So, you can take advantage of using your or your hubbies free time to save a lot of money.
