I noticed a steel 43 foot Halvorsen Freya on Australian eBay.
Looks like it has gone ashore, but price is low.
I have not seen the boat and have no connection whatever.
Have always loved these boats.

Looking at that one I almost wish I didn't have a boat already. That looks like a pretty good deal, provided there were no nasty surprises.

I agree - am halfway through a major refit of our boat, plus moving house.
Would make an excellent cruising boat for someone able to do the fixing.
