My father had a Gulf Island 29. I believe the 30 is just added on to stern.
His was a 1969 I believe. Built like a tank. Not alot of room below but sailed ok. We took it from Vancouver up to the Queen Charlottes and back with no problem. Check broker listings in the Vancouver, BC area. Usually one or two for sale here if you want to compare.
Aloha Eric,
I think it is different. The one advertised is not a Pilot House and all the ones listed in the Capital website are Pilot House models. I've got email into the owner so will let folks know what I find out.
Kind Regards and thanks for the help.

Aloha Martin and Eric too,
That looks a bit more like it except the one that is advertised is 30.5 feet has split cabin deadlights and external chainplates. Located in Waianai on Oahu. $10K. Looks a lot more rough than this one.
The owner was not very forthcoming with information so I didn't want to press him since I'm only casually interested.
