Fortune 30 offshore?

Just perusing boats on Craigslist, and clicked on a new listing for a Fortune 30 listed at $17,000. I expected to see yet another worn out fixer upper, but was surprised to see a vessel that looks, at least in pictures, to be virtually immaculate, both inside and out. I'm not in the market for a boat of this type, but if I were, I'd be running, not walking, to view it. I have no connection whatsoever with the boat, but if there is anyone in the PNW looking, I would check it out. Is anyone familiar with these boats? Are they really considered a small blue water cruiser?
